Mental Cleanse, Chapter 13

As part of my Master Mind group at Mentoring for Free, we take part in the study of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich. While at the same time, eliminating the negativity from our lives. The rules are simple For 30 days simply, make a commitment to ourselves as follows

This Life Changing Event Will Cost You NOTHING But Your Time. Do NOT Start this process if You Don't have the guts to take it to the finish line.

#2. While on Your 30 day Mental Cleanse You need to read 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill...Be sure to E-Mail Your Mentor or me Your Thoughts from every Chapter each week..... NO Word documents, just Regular Type NO Different Font Sizes, Please.

#3. We will be doing a 'Master Mind Coaching' call Every Wednesday at 3:00 and 8:00 PM EST. We will share what we learned from each chapter in Think And Grow Rich starting with Chapter One and ending with chapter Fifteen.

Because the Mental Cleanse is On-Going You Do Not have to Start on Chapter ONE, You can Start with the Chapter we send You Every Wednesday.

#4. Say Your Self-Talk at least 100 times a day. (Something you say to yourself, to help you achieve your goals.)

#5. Drink Plenty Of Water. You are De--Toxing Your Mind and Just Like the rest of Your Body Your Mind Needs Water as You STOP the Chatter In Your Mind.

Again, This Is Most Important:

Do NOT start this process if you are not 'Coachable' or get your feelings hurt easily. As your Coach and Mentor I can only say it as I see it. If you can NOT
stand the truth then again DO NOT start this process you will quit and won't like the outcome.

Life Is not the amount of breaths you take, it's the moments in your life that take your breath away.

Anyways, these are my thoughts on Chapter 13.

Chapter 13, The Brain - A broadcasting and receiving station for thought, the 12th step to riches

The brain is the least understood, yet most powerful of all the bodies organs.

It controls ALL the functions the body needs to do in order to survive, as well as "Remembers" everything we think, feel, or experience.

We actually use very little of the brains potential in our day to day lives, and we rarely if ever take the time to exercise, our brain in such a way as to make it work better at receiving or sending out thought. Which is of course, when we get all our best and most creative ideas.

To "step up" the rate of vibration that our brain operates on, we must fuse our thoughts with emotion (positive emotions work the best) Then our brains will send out and receive a greater amount of information as compared to when we are emotionless.

A word on advertising

Advertising in this network marketing business is no piece of cake. There are a million ways from nowhere to get it done right the first time. It seems no matter whose advice you take, the next person is gonna tell you something a little different. That is just the way it is, you have to be persistent, and test your advertising for itself. Give it a fair chance before you decide it doesn't work. How long of a fair chance, well that is something you should test as well, I wouldn't say 5 minutes, but after that who can say. The point is you have to continuously tweak it, until you find something that works for YOU. Then once you have found it, use it until it doesn't work anymore, then just tweak it a bit. Get the picture. Constant unerring, habit of testing. Be patient, be persistent. You can do it. Where should you advertise though, well personally I think you should advertise where your customers are, and where your customers are going to be. You will have to decide that for your self. Anyways, I think that is about what I have to say to day.

Chapter 12 The Subconscious Mind:The Connecting Link The eleventh step to riches.

The subconscious mind keeps a record of everything that happens to us, from what we touch, to what we feel, to what we see, to what we hear. It receives everything it is fed. And you know that old saying "you are what you eat" so you better feed your mind good wholesome positive things. IE, a bright and inspirational self talk, spoken(or thought), while allowing your love for your friends and family well in your heart. Your desires, your plans of action, your goals. Hills says "it is the intermediary through which one may draw upon the sources of Infinite Intelligence." Your prayers go there, to be amplified so that they may reach, the answerer of your prayers. To some this is God, to others this is Karma. It is your believe system that determines what this all powerful "force" is. The way to reach it is the same though. Better things happen, when you feed it good things. You must continuously feed it, so that it may continuously grow, and so that you too may grow.

Focus your Mind more and more on Desire, Faith, Love, Sex(the feeling, not the act), Enthusiasm, Romance, Hope. When thinking of Love, Sex, and Romance...at the same time in a positive way, it will greatly increase your energy and confidence, and spirit for achievement.

Let thoughts of Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition, and Anger, fall from your mind, and wash away from your soul.

You can not be Romantic and Angry at the same time, so practice, not being angry. It is not a difficult thing to do, it just takes persistence and sooner then you think it will be a habit.

Chapter 11 - The mystery of sex transmutation - The 11th step to Riches

Mental Cleanse day snuck up me yet again. I keep telling myself that I should my have lesson wrote out by Sunday evening, and posted Monday afternoon at the latest. But it seems I am horrible at organizing my time in an effective manner. One of my main weaknesses to work on I suppose. Anyways, here are my thoughts on Napoleon Hills Think and Grow Rich. As I go through these chapters each week, be sure to go back to the previous chapter to see how doing this evolves my mind. Happy reading.

Chapter 11 - The mystery of sex transmutation - The 11th step to Riches

To reproduce, to maintain your health, to increase your thought vibration - The 3 main reasons for sex. We focus on reason number three, the golden nugget of this chapter. The not so well hidden message behind the words.

The basic concept is to take all the energy created from the desire and act of sex and focus it into other areas of your life. I think this is why some people have Baseball so well ingrained in their heads.

The desire for sex develops keenness of imagination, courage, will power, persistence, and creative ability. All the things necessary to "get out of your comfort zone" and accomplish something.

Guiding the mind to other thoughts is no easy task, but it pays wonderuflly "Nothing worth doing is easy" You may be thinking by now that in order to do tis your have to give up the act of sex, this is not so! You should use teh energy that comes from the act in a positive and constructive manner. IF you can achieve this it will attune you better to the vibrations sent and recieved through infinite intelligence.

The emotion of sex contains the secret of creative ability. With in sex or the "desire for sex" will be found a greater chance for connectiing with infinite intelligence, because you speed up your own thought process and increase the level of your already exsisiting "BURNING DESIRE"

The increased level of thought allows to figuratively step outside yourself and remove limitations set upon us by others and the programming we receive the more we achieve this level of thought vibration the easier it is to get their and the longer we stay. Concentrate on what is, then visualize waht will be, then hold the picture until it dominates your subsconscience mind, then let everything go and woat for the answer to pop up or inspiration to hit.

Charisma and personal magnetism stem from sex energy, this is why hihgly charismatic people dare the attention of others when they walk into a room, they project ocnfidence and self assuredness. People can feel the increase in the level of thought vibration on a subconscience level often without even realizing what makes them turn their heads.

Bewarned though the information above can be dangerous and harmful if used intemperately or for unharmonious purposes It can be just as destructive as alcohol or drug abuse if to omuch is put into the physical act of sex.

Dwell occasionally on your love, your past love, your current love, your future love, the feelings that love invokes, the love of your spouse, your parents, your children, your friends, old flames, and feed on the power of the emotion. Feel the power of your love wash over you. Embrace the calmness and steadiness of nerves that comes with the feeling, hold on to that as you are thinking of what it is you need to accomplish, and who knows, maybe infinite intelligence will let you in on a secret or two, for how to achieve your desires. Might even change your entire outlook on the world that day or for the rest of your life. Be mindful thought, to dwell on the Love, not the pain that comes from losing a love, if it is lost, it won't come back and worrying about can't change that. When it was there it was good, embrace the goodness of it, and don't spend a second worrying about what could have been, or how you could have changed things, because you can't change them, once it is done it is done. Focus on the Warm and Fuzzy, the soft and sensual fellings that fill your mind when you feel love. Do not let it become a destructive force through ignorance or jealousy.

The power that comes from sex can be amplified through love and romance. But all feelings of love, even the more abundant non-sexual ones such as love of friends, parents, and children can amplify the power of sex if transmuted in a positively constructive way.

On being a leader.

If you are in network marketing you NEED to be a leader. What do you think it takes to be a leader? What do leaders do? Why do people follow them?

The first question, you answer for yourself. In my opinion however, a leader LEADS, guides, coaches, helps, improves his/her team. They make decisions, and act on them with a sense of urgency.

I guess that answers question number two as well. But why do people follow leaders? Well, because they lead of course. They go out, and do what needs being done. And people recognize and appreciate this concept and want to learn from the leaders.

One Year Commitment.

My one year commitment.

My name is Chysom Scott.  I am working with Mentoring For Free and the Success Team Builders.  As part of the training/set up, they asked me to write a few short essays.  I think this is good in a few ways.  First off it helps to improve a persons writing abilities, and it allows the mentors to be able to better coach writing techniques, and make editing and writing improvement suggestions.  Second, it almost forces a new team leader to really dig deep into there "why" and see if they can stand up to the challenges they will be sure to face.  And third it keeps gets our goals on paper which I believe is the first step to achieving them.

Perhaps I have put those in the wrong order.  It doesn't really matter to me.  They are all of about the same importance.  Anyways, constant self improvement requires constructive criticism, from both myself, and my mentors.  If I do not share my writing's with those that would have be do better, how could the properly guide me?  Or know whether or now I have even done it right in the first place.  This I think is a very important lesson I thankfully learned many years ago. If my mentors do not know how I am doing it, how could you teach me to be better you know what I mean?

Why I commit to one year.  To see whether or not I can actually succeed. In the Power of One, I can't clearly remember if was Richard Dennis or Don Standard, I think Richard, but I digress.  He says that if I can sponsor just one person per month, I can start making more money here, then in my real job in about 8 months.  So if I don't give it at least a year, how am I going to know whether or not it actually works?  I know I tend to ask a lot of questions that aren't really meant to be answered is that a good writing technique or should I be editing those to make a statement or something like that?  That one actually needs an answer.  I really want to help others, and become a leader in the industry.  I want to learn and share what I have learned so that many people I know can have better lives, if I can show them that I can do it, I can show them how they can do it as well, but It would be pointless to try and teach my brother how to do it, until I have already been successful.  Same with my friends, I have to know I can teach a stranger before I try to help my friends and family, if they even want my help that is.  Most importantly though is providing a good stable home for my son.  I have moved over 40 times in my life...I am 25 as of this writing.  I have made and lost friends so many times...Several different schools.  Nomadism..is kind of like a way of life, I do not think it is a very good one for a child though.  We shall see what we see eh.

And there you have it.  Why I want to achieve, and why I am making a one year commitment.  Cheers and thank you all very much for this great opportunity.

On Being Productive.

Hi, Chysom Scott again. With Mentoring For Free. I just wanted to exclaim on how productive I have seemed to be today in the various places I advertise/market the wonderful E-book Success in 10 steps. I re-did my Direct Matches intro, and few other things there, wrote one blog on it. I am also going to go back and write a 5 Pillars blog. While I am there, I am going to be sure and add at least 20 new people and send them my advert. I am going to set up a system to keep track of who I sent this too, try and avoid repeating it in the same month. Then on Facebook I was invited to join the group 5000 friends in 40 days. Before I go to bed, I will be completing the last step, adding 10 people from the group that aren't on the random list. With facebook lately I have been sure to write a little note to each person I add and each that adds me, then I am going to try and filter my "marketing" friends from my real life friends. It should make my processing the necessary from the entertaining a lot easier. I haven't got to YouTube yet though, but that one I want to listen to some more training on first. Because I have a hunch, I could be doing a lot better on it. I think also, when I do these blogs, I am going to "quick capture" them, as I read them back, but I have trouble looking into the camera while reading, so it looks weird. I don't know, what do you think? Cheers.

Thursday Call - Live Leads.

Hi, I am Chysom Scott with Mentoring For Free. I just wanted to write a quick note for two very good reasons. Reason one - I really want to improve my writing, and the best way to do that is of course to Practice. Just like Ad Copy, Write, Write, Write, Test, Test, Test. And reason two, just wanted to make a quick chat about the Live Leads call that we had tonight with Mentoring For Free. It was a very interesting call, I think they are a great booster to learning the colors personalities. They call leads, 3 way into the call, one person talks with them. Then when the call is done, we talk about whether they are open or self contained, and direct or in-direct. It is great training, learning to talk to prospects with out any pressure, and learning their methods. Cheers for now, I must finishing listening to a recorded call, then redo my Direct Matches Page. And see what happens from that.

30 Day Mental Cleanse - Chapter 10 - Master Mind

Hello again, friends and neighbors. Chysom Scott here with Mentoring For Free. It is Wednesday, my favorite day at Mentoring For Free! It is the Mental Cleanse call, where we study the 1937 classic book - Think and Grow Rick by Napoleon Hill. This week we were discussing Chapter 10, Power of the Master Mind: The Driving Force (The Ninth Step to Riches) You can read what I got from that chapter in the last post. I missed the afternoon call as usual:( I was at the bank today talking mortgage instead of at work, where I would normally be at that time of day, but I did get on the evening call, at 8pm eastern time. And boy did I ever enjoy, I even spoke a bit, not for the first time, but I said more words then I usually do. I am slowly working my way into increased participation. The lessons discussed as usual with the mental cleanse were all about, how our life's change as we plug in and participate, then GET IT, then move it from our heads to our hearts (this is what I have the most trouble with). At Mentoring For Free, we work together as a team. Learning from each other, and teaching others with no agenda, and or the agenda to help others, rather then to help ourselves. This aspect of the system I really like. I was super impressed with today's call, because not only were the lessons great, even though I am having trouble understanding them. Just takes me a little longer I guess. But, we did a TRUE master mind exercise. And it was incredible. It is only done in the Master Mind Chapter, which is a shame, I think it or similar exercises should be on every call, but I will go with it for now, and sometimes we talk a lot, so it wouldn't necessarily be that predictable. Anyways, this particular exercise, a group of about half a dozen of the MFF leaders focused on an image, and just sent out their energy. And as a participant we focused on receiving the energy. It was incredible, many of the participants analyzed what the leaders saw quite accurately. Anyways, Cheers, and be sure to sign up!

Chapter 10 - Power of the Master Mind The Driving Force - Ninth step to Riches.

We have all heard the great old clichés before you know the ones.

                                         - Let's put our heads together

                                         - 2 heads are better then one

                                         - Together we stand, Divided we fall

                                         - There is no "I" in team

                                         - It takes two to tango

                                         - Great minds think alike

And so on, But have we really ever truly put them to the test or into perspective?  Of course we have when Life has demanded it of us or when we felt it was necessary.  I don't think I have ever even considered using these simple, ancient tactics to get ahead in life.  At least not until I came across Mentoring For Free.  Sure I used them in school, and in college, a few extra curricular activities, team sports and such, but I never imagined how applicable they could be to my station in life.

Hills says "POWER is essential for the success of their accumulation of money and it seems the best power comes from a friendly alliance of minds."  We must of course choose those who we form our alliances with carefully and make full sure that they have the same desires as we do.  "Co-ordination of knowledge and =effort in a spirit of harmony between two or more people" Do the people you share your dreams, desires and plans for success share your spirit of harmony with you?

When working together we can achieve far more then working alone.  Our brains send out, receive, and amplify the thoughts of those around us.  Consider the "MOB MENTALITY" how every one works towards the same goal!  When a large group of people get together and decide to do something it is nearly impossible to stop them or even stand in their way - That is the power behind a Master Mind group.  With one that is focused n your self same goals you have no choice but to succeed.  

And remember - Birds of a feather, flock together!

Just a random little blurp about this and that.

Hi, my name is Chysom.  Some people call me CJ.  I was looking for a better way to spend my time on the computer a while back, to like make money from home and stuff.  You have heard all the hoo ha, I call it.  Make 10k a month, retire early, fire your boss.  I figured with all the jazz, it couldn't be that far off, I knew it would take some work.  So, I entered my info and quite a few "capture pages" and read sites, and testimonals, with out really getting any real information.  Got a call  back from a direct marketing training deal, learned alot about affiliate programs, and setting up websites, and SEO, and Web 2.0.  A few weeks go by, I am learning I am doing, but nothing is really happening, getting kind of discouraged but keeping on.  As I keep on, I notice that the information in the program I paid ALOT for, is plastered for free all over the internet.  for FREE!  I was really upset, but I paid, so I will keep with it till the end I think, I do it less and less all the time now though.  I think I might need a better plan.  I can't seem to write anything in a way it makes sence.  Anyways.  A few weeks back, I was introduced to this e-book, actually didn't have to pay for this one, and no hidden charges on my credit cards, like that 1 dollar trial to make money from google. That one still irks me.  The e-book though was called Success in 10 Steps - Michael Dlouhy.  Great e-book about network marketing which seems to me to be a better way to go about making money on the internet.  So that first program thing, and really all the rest is on the back burner while I try my hand at MLM.  I still go back every so often, and watch a video or whatever.  A lot of the information works in both the network and direct marketing portions of making money online.  I am learning, and learning is great. It is slow to start but I know it will help me to retire so much sooner then working at my shift work job.  I know these posts aren't the best, but stop by from time to time, my ultimate goal is constant improvement, in all aspects of my life.  My writing, my business, my work, my body, my speech.  Time will go on.  Anyways cheers for now, look for a report on Chapter 10 - Master Mind Group coming soon.
